Preserving the Harvest 101

Join us for this end of season introductory workshop on best ways to save what you are getting from your garden or farmer's market. This is an intro/overview to tips for and best ways to dry, freeze, pickle or can your garden items so you can save them for consumption over the coming winter months.

This class is FREE but you MUST RSVP as there are only 20 slots. Preference will be given to gardens growing at Valley Community Gardens. Bring a mason jar to take home garden goodies!
