Yabba Dabba Doo your way over to the Edelman Fossil Park & Museum for a rock-solid evening of prehistoric fun at our after-hours Family Night! Start the evening with fossil digs, fall fun, and stone-age activities, then settle under the stars on our outdoor Veranda for a special screening of the live-action classic The Flintstones (1994). This bona fide family favorite brings Bedrock to life!
🦖 Evening Highlights:
⛏️ Special Quarry Dig Experience – INCLUDED with your ticket (free for members)! Dig for your very own fossil with up to 30 minutes in the Quarry, plus fossil ID time with our experts. Each guest can take home one (1) fossil discovery! ⏰ Quarry open 5:15–6:15 PM only (weather permitting).
🎃 Pumpkin Painting & Carving – Choose a pumpkin from our patch and decorate it with your spookiest (or silliest!) design. 50 pumpkins available - first come, first served.
🍿 Decorate Your Own Popcorn Bucket – Buy a large popcorn, decorate your bucket, and enjoy UNLIMITED refills all evening long.
☕ Quarry Grounds Café Specials – Grab a tasty treat at our café… but beware, a “trick” might sneak in too!
🍂 Fall & Halloween Crafts, Games, & Contests – Seasonal fun and friendly competitions for the whole family to enjoy!
🪑 Bring your own chair or blanket for the outdoor movie - limited seating available.
