Passport Application-Acceptance Event

Need a passport? We’re hosting a Passport Acceptance Fair to help you apply.
Date: Saturday - October 25, 2025 @ 9AM-1PM
Trained acceptance agents will be on-site to accept NEW(DS-11) passport applications.

Spots are limited. We cannot limit how many RSVP on this form. Please keep in mind; anyone that fills this out after 25 applicants/applicant groups have complete the RSVP, will get a call that they will NOT have a spot held for them, but are welcome to come during the event and check for any cancellations from other applicants. If any same day cancellations happen, that will open up a spot for walk-ins.
