This experience will be over five nights.
There will be gentle yet deep soul work.
Sound baths, Shamanic Meditation, Ceremonies, wholesome nourishing meals and immersion in nature.
With time to explore the forest trails, bathe in the wild river pools, stare at the stars and fully integrate the work that will be done in the amazing purpose built Shala (retreat room) that overhangs the mountain valley.
At night you will rest in tastefully repurposed farm buildings - with options to share a room or have a private room.
