Yoga + Mobility + Tea Circle

Yoga + Mobility + Tea Circle is a balanced and grounded practice, lovingly curated to help you start your week off more mindfully. This 75-minute offering weaves together functional yoga movement, with joint mobility exercises, and breath awareness. Students are invited to explore their unique and layered edges under the conscious guidance of yoga and wellness therapist, Heather Sky, and all levels and ways of being are welcome. Following a 60-minute movement practice, we will sit in sangha for an optional 15-minute tea circle (mugs and tea available, or bring your own).
