Sequim, WA — The Lodge at Sherwood Village is pleased to host an educational Medicare event titled “Understanding Medicare: What’s New & What’s Next” designed to help seniors gain clarity on their healthcare options and anticipated program updates.
This free public session will be presented by Haylee Hune, Licensed Insurance Agent with Terrazas Agencies, alongside Dawson Lorenz and Leilani Renee Limas, Owner of Terrazas Agencies.
With significant Medicare and healthcare changes expected in 2026, the goal of this session is to provide seniors and their families with clear, unbiased information to help them confidently evaluate their healthcare needs and plans — without solicitation.
Topics Include:
Medicare basics & key enrollment timelines
Updates that may impact seniors in the coming year
Plan options and how to evaluate which may fit your needs
Changes related to benefits such as prescription drug costs, transportation assistance, food allowances, and dual-eligible Medicaid/Medicare plans
Tips for navigating Medicare confidently and avoiding common misunderstandings
The session will also feature a breakout period for individual questions and personalized guidance.
