UPMC Northwest Community Health Fair
UPMC Northwest is pleased to offer a free community health fair this Spring.

Registration is required by calling 814-676-7154.

Free and Open to the Public
Registration is required by May 27.

All screenings are free and will include:
Blood pressure
Stroke risk assessment
Cholesterol (includes HDL, calculated LDL, triglycerides) *
Blood glucose and A1C screening*

*12-hour fast is required for bloodwork.

Free health resources and educational information. Tables will include:
Exercise
Nutrition
Diabetes
