This experience is more than relaxation—it’s a reset for your nervous system.Sound healing has been shown to activate the parasympathetic nervous system—your body’s natural way of shifting out of stress and into calm. The tones and vibrations can slow your heart rate, quiet anxious thoughts, and support emotional release.
