As emotions become heightened, it is important to engage in practices that will keep us grounded and present, to prevent a reactive state of being.
A restorative practice does just that; it gives us space to cultivate a presence that is not always easily accessible during our modern day lives.
By blending restorative postures with captivating Healing Sounds created by medicinal instruments, we not only raise our frequencies, we also embody an opportunity to reflect, move through, grow, and heal from what is brought up during this auspicious full moon era.
