✨ NEW: Somatic Therapy Week – Working with the Nervous System & Polyvagal Theory ✨
📅 April 11–17, 2026
📍 Løgstør Parkhotel, Denmark
Join us for a one-week experiential training in somatic trauma therapy, focusing on the nervous system and the Polyvagal Theory.
Trauma is not the event itself, but what remains held in the body. When trauma responses are interrupted, they can stay “stuck” in the nervous system long after the experience has ended. This week offers practical tools for working with these patterns—helping the body complete trauma responses and restore a sense of safety.
The training introduces core principles from Somatic Experiencing™, combined with Powerful Peace, including:
- The Window of Tolerance and defensive states
- Fight, flight, freeze, and collapse responses
- Live demonstrations and hands-on tools you can use with yourself and clients
Instructor: Eric Spady, MA, SEP
Eric brings many years of experience working with trauma, including sexual abuse and complex trauma. Becoming a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner was a true game changer in his clinical work.
