Come spend a day of peace and adventure on the Guadalupe River with Heroes on the Water! This event is all about giving our veterans,wounded veterans,active-duty service members, first responders, and their families the chance to relax, reconnect, and recharge through the outdoors.

Enjoy a day of fishing and paddling the scenic Guadalupe River. Whether you’re a first-timer or experienced angler, this trip is for you. All kayaks, gear, and safety equipment are provided.
🍽 Food & Fellowship
After time on the water, we’ll share a meal and fellowship together—because it’s not just about fishing, it’s about community.

Our mission is to use the outdoors as a way to heal, grow, and connect. This event is completely free to all participants. Just bring yourself and be ready for a great time on the water.
🌙 Glow Paddle & Night Fishing 🎣✨
After a fun day on the water and a great dinner together, stick around for a special experience — a Glow Fish Paddle under the stars! We’ll outfit kayaks with glow lights and head back onto the water for a relaxed evening paddle. Enjoy the peaceful night sky, the reflection of the lights on the river, and the chance to cast a line for some night fishing.
It’s the perfect way to wind down the day — calm waters, good company, and fishing by starlight.
