We're celebrating 40 years of eye care in Skagit Valley! North Cascade Eye Associates opened in Sedro-Woolley when hair was big and new wave was "tubular, dude!" Join us for a Ruby Tea Party Open House with finger foods, Christmas teas, and fun games, along with prizes.
