Details:
Learn how to stay safe with this free, hands-on self-defense training led by the Pettis County Sheriff’s Department. The workshop will cover both mental preparation and physical techniques, including:

- Environmental awareness
- Predator target selection
- Common attacks
- Survivor mindset
- Sexual assault counterattacks
- Weapons disarming
- Self-defense tools
- Fight and protection techniques

The training is open to adults and youth ages 12–15 with a guardian. Wear comfortable clothing and gym shoes.
