Friday Night Yoga at Studio Fantasia

Friends and zen go together~ Friday nights at Studio Fantasia are perfect for cozy Autumn evenings, especially if you’re looking for a quiet place to connect with friends and kick off the weekend on a more relaxed note.

Two options for the night:

Beginner Friendly Flow starting at 5:45 pm~ come ready for some gentle movement where we will lightly warm the body with a few standing poses and introduce movement connected with the breath

Yin Yoga starting at 7:15 pm~ keeping the body nice and cool, bring your coziest hoodie and stretchy pants for grounding poses that will be held for 3-5 minutes each. Bolsters and blocks galore, prepare to get comfy

Each class is $13 per person, but if you are interested in doing both sessions I suggest the $22 two class pass :)
