If the event is fully canceled after gates open, your wristband will grant free or discounted entry to a future event, based on the time of cancellation. No refunds will be issued once gates open. This policy applies to all outdoor events and will be strictly enforced. Attendance implies agreement.
If gates never open, full refunds for advance online tickets will be issued within 48 hours.
