Beekeeping Basics

Sign in at 8:30 for a day of learning all about getting started as a beekeeper. The day includes lunch and gives you access to future beekeeping field days, where you will have the chance to work in a beehive. You'll learn about the bees and the equipment to get started, plus you have the support of your local beekeeping association. A one-year membership to the association is included. The cost is $40, and for children under sixteen $12.
