As day and night come into balance during this fall equinox, join us in the Mahavidya Labyrinth for a heart-centered evening of ritual, movement, and reflection. Through Kali Natha Yoga, mantra, and fire, we honor the turning of the seasons coupled with the energy of Mother Tara, the fierce, compassionate Mother who carries us through transitions and into the light of the soul.
The evening begins with an offering to the fire and a guided inward reflection. Together we will move through breath practices and gentle asana, invoking the Mahavidyas—the ten Great Mothers infused into the stones of the labyrinth by Ma Jaya. Our practice flows into mantra and sacred silence, closing with the fire where we release what no longer serves and call forth intentions for the season ahead.
We will close with prayers of loving kindness and share prasad together. All are welcome, come as you are and step into the balance of the equinox with community, devotion, and renewal.
This class welcomes all levels. This is an opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself and at the same time letting go.
Mats, props, and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
