Shadow work is putting our wounded hands into our emotions and examining them for what they truly are. Seeing why we respond to things we do, helping us identify what may trigger us and how we can move forward into our highest and best alignment.

These classes meet weekly on Fridays in January.

Class dates are as follows:

01/09/26
01/16/26
01/23/26

Class will be held from 6:30pm until 8pm. We may run a little over some days.

The email entered at check out will be the one that the pre class info will be sent to, if you would like to use a different email please reach out to us for correction.

$100 for all 4 classes/sessions! That’s only $25 a class!!!
