Bikram Essentials is a five-week immersive workshop designed to deepen your understanding of the Bikram Yoga method—one posture group at a time.
This series blends education and practice, helping you build confidence, refine alignment, and move with greater intention—whether you’re recommitting to your practice, newer to Bikram, or a long-time student refining fundamentals.
What to Expect Each Sunday
🧘♀️ 45–50 minute mini posture clinic
• Alignment, setup, technique, and common challenges
🔥 Guided Bikram Yoga class
• Two rounds of the featured postures
• One full round of the remaining series

• Feb 15 — Session 1: The Foundation
Standing strength, spinal alignment, and essential setup
• Feb 22 — Session 2: One-Legged Balancing
Balance, focus, and control in standing postures
• Mar 1 — Session 3: The Hipsters
Hip mobility, lateral strength, and stability
• Mar 8 — Session 4: Spine Lengthening & Strengthening
Safe backbending and posterior-chain engagement
• Mar 15 — Session 5: The Floor Benders
Deep floor postures, compression, and integration
