Ladies self defence.

This class will not be a traditional martial arts lesson. No stamina busting exercises or high kicking mayhem.
There will discussions about recognising signs of aggression, de-escalation, situational awareness, UK law, weapons at hand . We will show how to hit without injuring yourself and will supply any equipment needed. You will learn vital and vulnerable areas of anatomy and how to conquer your fears.

Its an hour of your time.
Surely worth it if it makes you feel safer, more empowered and less of a potential victim.
