Moon and Medicine is an ongoing series, held on the last weekend of every month rooted in lunar wisdom and feminine restoration. Each gathering is unique, flowing with the moon and the medicine of the season

Moon and Medicine, a sacred seasonal gathering curated as a sacred space to release emotional weight, reconnect with your feminine energy, and rise renewed in community with other women feeling seen, accepted and energized. A place for your femininity to surface and receive.
The Medicine
Together, we will:
-Spend time in inner child creation — a space to express, reflect, and reconnect through creation practices (craft)
-Sit in sacred protective circle to open the container with protection circle
-Practice breathwork and introspection led by TJ Cummings-King to awaken the body and release tension
-Themed Group Practices that cultivate sisterhood and support With Ast Ilandove
-Intentional Tea and Charcuterie Board
-Close with a fire ceremony to offer gratitude and reference for the divine feminine within and all around us
This work is supported by lunar reflection, earth wisdom, and the energy of sisterhood — where you can be seen, held, and transformed without judgment.
Sacred Services
Services begin at 6:00 PM. Please arrive early if you plan to receive a service before the circle begins.
