Join us for a cozy, hands-on class where you’ll learn how to create and care for your very own sourdough starter — the heart of every beautiful artisan loaf. Led by one of Seabrook's best Cottage Food Bakers, you will be walked through each step of the process, from simple ingredients to the magic of fermentation, sharing tips and tricks to keep your starter thriving over time.
Enjoy a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere surrounded by good company and the comforting aroma of fresh bread. You’ll leave with your own active starter in a glass jar. Also included: handouts, snacks/samples, Q&A, and online availability after class for any questions.
