The Challenge: 30 Miles in 30 Days
The challenge is simple, achievable, and flexible for a fresh start: commit to complete a total of 30 miles over 30 days.
We know no one wants to spend New Year’s day exercising, so your challenge doesn’t have to start on January 2nd!
Your Pace, Your Way: Break down the distance however you like—a mile a day, two miles every other day, or longer weekend efforts.
Your Move: Whether you prefer to walk, jog, run, swim, or cycle, the choice is yours!
Your Route: Complete your miles anywhere—on a treadmill, around your local park, or even while simply walking the dog!
