With roots in the ancient practice, EcoNIDRA is where Shavasana meets Nature connection. It's a deeply relaxing practice for both your mind and body.
You will be guided through a triple journey - a journey through your senses, a pilgrimage through your body and a journey through the earth with soundscapes.
All you need to do is to find a nice quiet place where you can nestle with pillows and blankets. It is often stated that using earbuds enhances your experience.
