The Power of Intention

The power of intention:
Join Melissa and other like-motivated individuals on your mat on Sunday, January 18 from noon-1:30 to flow through a gentle vinyasa yoga practice, work with oracle cards, and utilize the powerful practice of putting your pen to paper to set intentions for the new year.

Space is limited.
$30 class fee required with registration
(does not include a deck of oracle cards, but does include some tea)
