This group will be led by Lindsay Cuevas. Lindsay is a highly motivated and experienced educator with a strong background
in advising and advocacy. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated an ability to counsel and advocate for vulnerable populations, fostering inclusive and supportive environments.
In her role as Community Care Worker for the Y Wellbeing Initiative, Lindsay brings her dedication to promoting mindfulness, wellbeing, and serenity. Driven by her personal
mental health journey, she is passionate about helping others discover practices that cultivate joy and mental tranquility!
