First Course: Lobster Gazpacho Soup
A chilled spicy tomato based soup with morsels of Lobster and shrimp.
Second Course: Lobster Cobb Salad
A traditional Cobb Salald with Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, bacon, hard boiled egg, and of course Lobster and shrimp with a creamy buttermilk dressing.
Third Course: Lobster Ravioli
A tender ravioli stuffed with lobster and ricotta cheese with a vodka sauce
Fourth Course: Lobster Thermidor
A scrumptcious 8oz. split lobster tail bathed in a creamy cognac sauce topped with gruyere cheese and baked until golden.
Fifth Course: Dessert
Red Velvet layer with cream cheese frosting
