About the event

The Art of Rest: Restorative Yoga and Reiki at Afa Gallery
Join us for a calming introductory class of restorative yoga and reiki facilitated by Katie Hoban, designed to promote relaxation and deep healing. Experience a soothing (led)candlelit atmosphere where you can reconnect with yourself surrounded by inspiring works of art and embrace tranquility in every breath.

Thursday June 26th 6:30pm-8:00pm

Pre-registration is required as space is limited
Cost for the event is $25.00

We ask that you bring your own mat. But if you do not have your own mat there will be a few available at the event.
