Slow Flow Yoga with Heather at the Greenhouse.

Join us for SLOW YOGA FLOW outside in the grass of Nay Aug Park with green trees and grass, blue skies and white puffy clouds. Sometimes it is in the pavilion just above us. or inside the greenhouse if raining or cold.
Drop-in Vinyasa style 5:30- 6:30 pm. $10 suggested donation is encouraged. We have Venmo and Paypal and love cash.
We are slowing it down a bit with Heather Solimini as she leads the way of this breath and movement yoga in or outside the greenhouse surrounded by nature. Dress in layers and bring your mat and water.
