Join the Y Wellbeing Initiative and the Caring Communities for Mental Health Program for a FREE Mindful Moments class!💚

During the class, participants will focus on pausing, breathing, and recharging one fold at a time with origami practices that promote calm and focus.

This group will be led by Lindsay Cuevas. Lindsay is a highly motivated and experienced educator with a strong background
in advising and advocacy. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated an ability to counsel and advocate for vulnerable populations, fostering inclusive and supportive environments.

In her role as Community Care Worker for the Y Wellbeing Initiative, Lindsay brings her dedication to promoting mindfulness, wellbeing, and serenity. Driven by her personal
mental health journey, she is passionate about helping others discover practices that cultivate joy and mental tranquility!
