Heart-Centered Aerial Dance (Beginner Friendly) with Susan

This 75-minute heart-centered aerial dance class is a welcoming introduction to moving in the air with curiosity, ease, and care. We’ll explore simple, accessible shapes and transitions in the hammock, allowing breath and sensation to guide the movement rather than choreography or perfection.

The pace will be unhurried, with time to pause, rest, and settle into each experience. You’ll be supported in finding a version of the movement that feels steady and comfortable in your body.

This class is designed for those who are new to aerial dance or looking for a softer, more spacious way to move. This is an opportunity to connect, explore, and enjoy the quiet pleasure of being held and supported.

No aerial dance experience is required.

Come as you are, ready to move gently and with intention.
