Hosted by The Giving Tree Wellness Center at 311 Penn Avenue, the event will be held on Saturday, October 18, at 11AM. While you shop and dine in the Downtown Scranton Business District, enjoy family-friendly activities and exclusive promotions at the following participating businesses:
