Black Friday Besties at the Barre

Join our Barre Besties, Olivia and Shelby, as they guide us through a special Black Friday Barre Fusion class.

A fusion of pilates, yoga, and ballet barre movement, our Hot Barre class is a fun low impact - high intensity “HIIT” class. This series will help you lean and tone your muscles to design a sculpted body, improve posture, and deepen the mind/body connection.
