Finals one long race based on modified R6 Chart:
6-6 will be 11-11
6-5 will be 11-10
7-5 will be 11-9
7-4 will be 11-8
8-4 will be 12-8

Lag or flip for break. Players that are giving a 2 rack spot automatically get the first break.
Double Elimination
Finals will be longer race, no “double dip”
Players without a FargoRate will be assigned a starter rating based on known play speed and skill levels from existing national leagues. Player ratings with under 500 Robustness will be reviewed and researched for accuracy. We will do our best to protect the integrity of this state tour.
Rules:
Official BCAPL 9 Ball Rules
3 foul rule, must notify opponent if they are on 2nd foul.
Cue ball fouls only
Jump cues allowed
Foul on break is ball in hand and opponent is on 1 foul
9 on break is win
9 Ball racked on the spot, 1 Ball in the front, 2 ball in the back
No gap racking allowed. Opponent may inspect the rack and ask you to rack again. If they suspect you are intentionally gap racking, they can ask a referee to observe. If the referee determines that gaps are being left intentionally, then the following action will be taken:
First Offense: Warning
Second offense: Forfeit of that break
Third offense: Forfeit of match
One 5-minute break per player per match
No sharking or disturbing players during tournament play. Tournament Director may forfeit matches or ban players from the Series if he feels sharking or unsportsmanlike conduct occurs. No refunds or payouts for anyone forfeited or banned.
If a particular match is lagging behind or moving too slowly, the Tournament Director may implement a 45-second shot clock on both players
Match Length 1 hour and 30 minutes. Sudden Death rules will follow spot shot procedures
Once match is called, you have 15 minutes to report to your table.
At 15 minutes, you receive a 1 rack penalty, each 5 minutes will be an additional 1 rack penalty until the 30 minute mark, which results in a match forfeit.
Referee or tournament director’s rulings are final
