The NativityMiguel School of Scranton is holding its eighth annual Tribute Dinner honoring Msgr. Joseph G. Quinn on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at the University of Scranton. The dinner is being Chaired by Joe Wright, Tim McMullen, Fafi Karam, and Karen Minora.
Monsignor Quinn is a lifelong servant leader whose deep commitment to faith, education, and community has touched countless lives across the region. A Scranton native, Monsignor Quinn has dedicated his life to uplifting others through his ministry, legal expertise, and civic engagement. His distinguished career includes service as a pastor, attorney, judge, and college administrator, each role marked by compassion, integrity, and a tireless drive to make a difference.
As a steadfast advocate for opportunity and justice, Monsignor Quinn exemplifies the values at the heart of the NativityMiguel School of Scranton. His unwavering support of youth, education, and social equity makes him a most fitting honoree for this year’s Tribute Dinner, celebrating a decade of transforming lives through faith and education.
The NativityMiguel School of Scranton proudly celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2025! Since opening its doors in 2015, the School has served more than 150 students from across the region, providing a faith-based, tuition-free middle school education to children of greater economic need. With an extended school day and year, a nurturing and secure environment, and the unwavering dedication of caring teachers, NativityMiguel has become a place where students are empowered to thrive. Its mission extends far beyond graduation, offering personal mentoring and ongoing support through high school, college, and beyond. Ten years strong—and we're just getting started!
