Steak Dinner and Butchery Demonstration

Treat yourself to a hearty steak dinner but first, learn how to break down and carve beef during this lesson with Chef.

By the end of the class you’ll feel confident buying large cuts of meat to prepare at home.

A one-course steak dinner featuring Mount Ida Farm raised beef will be served to follow this insightful class.

We will be dining and learning under the Portico, weather permitting.
