Harvest Dinner 2025

It has been a busy year in the vineyard, we are growing and we plan to celebrate by offering a delicious wine-pairing event with family-style seating!

Wine tastings (3 oz pours each) will be offered with each course. The menu is crafted by Wadlington Hospitality (Jabari Wadlington).

Soup

Crab Bisque

Creme fraiche, sherry, tarragon

Starter

Sweet potato gnocchi

Apples, walnut, butter, cinnamon mascarpone, cioppilini onions

Main

Short Rib Ragout

Porcini Pappardelle, Truffle ricotta, shaved reggiano, rainbow carrots

Apple cider Cake

Cinnamon apple Ice cream, vanilla bean whipped cream

Reservations are $20 per person which will then be applied towards your final bill charged at the end of the dinner.
