Being a caregiver or caring for yourself while navigating treatment can feel overwhelming. Chemo Companions is proud to present a free four-week workshop designed for patients and caregivers to help release stress and restore balance. 💗

🌸 Tools for body awareness and grounding
🌸 Emotional clearing techniques
