Somatic Sunday is an embodiment series that merges energy medicine with kinesthetic expression. It is a unique blend of earth-based ritual and quantum awareness that helps root you into your center.

During the class we will utilize a connected circular breath, elemental movement, and primal sounds to open the meridians while awakening the bodies innate intelligence.

This series is here for you to help move stagnant life force, and create space for new energy to flow through you.
