About:
Learn how to bake any soufflé with crisp edges and perfect height for a sweet end to a delicious meal. Join our chef instructor for this hands-on Pastry Class, and learn the technique to making those famous French Soufflés that everybody adores! Learn how to make the purée base along with the egg white lift. Each student will make their own soufflés to eat. Recipes will be given to each attendee as well.
