Join Rural Alive & Well for Mental Health First Aid Training
This free course is designed to give adults the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognise, understand, and respond to someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis - whether it’s a friend, family member, co-worker, or anyone in the community.
