Welcome to the It Ends With Us Women Only: Guided Breathwork & Meditation event! We are collectively hosting a guided breathwork and meditation gathering. Whether you have been or are currently in an abusive relationship this class is meant to create a safe space to support you through your journey in reconnecting to your power. Having personally experienced an abusive relationship I wanted to create a space where you not only feel supported but also know you don't have to go through it alone.

Come together with other women in a supportive and empowering environment. Let's create a space where we can uplift, empower each other and find our inner strength together. Breathwork is a great opportunity to nurture yourself and cultivate a sense of peace. We know how scary and confusing times like this can be. And we hope you know how couregous you are. Together we can find and unsilence our sacred intuition.
