Caritas Chamber Chorale, directed by Barbara Sanderman and assisted by Wayne Dietterick, will present From a Sincere Heart, an a cappella choral exploration of some of the ways we are drawn to faith and to one another,
From the call of Love itself to the night’s beckoning, the music uncovers our experience of faith and our commitment to God and to each other. Including choral anthems, hymns, folk tunes, and lively spirituals, the centerpiece of the program is Maurice Duruflé’s timeless Quatre Motets sur des thèmes grégoriens, Op. 10. The program’s title, From a Sincere Heart, echoes the text of the ancient Ubi caritas chant, and is our promise to you.
The program will also be presented on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 7:30 pm at Our Lady of Mt. Virgin Church, 600 Harris Ave., Middlesex, NJ and on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 3pm at St. Catharine Church, 215 Essex Ave., Spring Lake, NJ.
