· Immersive Sound Bath & Guided Meditation: Sit back and let the healing vibrations wash over you. Our guided meditation will lead you into a state of deep relaxation, fostering inner peace and harmony.
· Gentle Reiki Energy Healing: Throughout the sound bath, you'll receive hands-on (or hands-off, your preference) energy healing to promote balance, release blockages, and enhance your well-being.
· Heartfelt Circle Share: We'll conclude our time together with an optional sharing circle, offering a space to connect, reflect, and integrate your experience with fellow participants.
