• Player Cap: 20 players

• Rounds: 3 rounds
• Registration: Doors open at 10:00 AM
• Start Time: First round begins at 11:00 AM
• Round Duration: Each round is 1 hour and 30 minutes
• Post-Battle Sequence: An extra 10 minutes granted at the end of each round for players to do Post-Battle rolls for Injuries and Battle Scars, Experience and Advancement, Exploration or reinforcements.
• Lunch Break: 30 minutes to 1 hour (Pizza and Drinks Provided)
• Estimated End Time: Around 6:30 PM
# **Warband Rules**
• Starting warband value: 700 Ducats. (Unless your Warband starts with a different amount, if so then use that amount instead.)
• Starting warband Maximum Field Strength: 10 models
• Warband Patron: Select a Patron for your Warband from the Campaign rules pdf
• Warchest: Any ducats/glory not spent during your warbands creation can be spent throughout the event.
# **Post Battle Sequence**
• At the end of each game, players will go through the Post Battle sequence which includes the following:
• Injury rolls – Determine the extent of injuries for each warrior who is Out of Action at the end of the game.
• Experience – As your warriors fight battles, they will quickly become hardened veterans. Their skills improve, forged in the crucible of the Great War.
Time dilation: All Elites gain an extra experience at the end of each game.
• Promotions – Your low end soldiers will gain strength and fight up to the ranks of an elite.
Quick Learners: Players gain an extra promotion dice to the pool at the end of each game.
• Exploration/Reinforcements – Roll to see what your Warband discovers in the area they are currently occupying. There will be a custom exploration chart players will roll on!
Gold Aplenty: All Ducats gained from the exploration are doubled during the event.
• Purchase new soldiers, weapons, and gear – Players Campaign Glory Items, and mercenaries may be purchased at this time as well.
BLACK MARKET BONANZA: All players automatically have access to the black market location at the start of the event.
# **Rules**
• Unless updated, we will be using Core Rulebook version 1.63
• Mercenaries List and the Campaign Glory Items can be found in the Campaign Rules

• Additional materials: Special rules, charts and other player guides will be provided by the event organizers on day of the event.
# Scenarios and Objectives
• Scenarios are based on table assignments.
• Game results:
• Win: 3 Points
• Draw: 1 Point
• Loss: 0 Points
• Each scenario will have its own victory conditions and Glory Objectives
• Glory Objectives grant Glory Points, which can be spent throughout the event.
#Glory Point Bingo
• At the beginning of the event, players will be given a faction specific Bingo Card! Players will fill out the Bingo card throughout the event. Each time one of your warriors completes on of the tasks listed on a bingo square, cross that one out! Each Bingo will gain you a glory point and a special prize!
• COMMANDMENTS: No Blackout, no four corners. Be honest and have fun with this!
# Terrain
• Terrain will be pre-set by organizers.
• Players may adjust terrain if needed with mutual agreement.
# Awards
• King of Kings – Highest scoring player
• Holy Be Thy Name – Top heavenly faction player (New Antioch, Trench Pilgrims, Iron Sultanate)
• False Idol – Top hell faction player (Heretic Legion, Black Grail, Courts)
• Glory Hunter – Player with the most Glory Points
• Favored Warband – Voted best warband by players
• Preferred Enemy – Voted favorite player by participants
• Dirty Shovel – Player with the lowest total tournament/Glory points
• Bloody Mess – Player that lost the most soldiers throughout the campaign
# Each player may only win one award.
# Etiquette
### This is a semi-competitive event, but sportsmanship and camaraderie are essential. Players are expected to:
• Foster a welcoming, friendly atmosphere
• Avoid aggressive or unsporting behavior
• Respect event staff rulings — all organizer decisions are final
