Intro To Trail Running Clinic

We are hosting our second Intro to Trail Running Clinic with Aardvark Sports Shop. We're excited to get you out on the trails at a new location... Trexler Nature Preserve.

At the clinic we will touch on some specific strategies for tackling the trails, proper footwear, trail safety and of course... my favorite... hills! If there is something specific you'd like to get into, feel free to reach out or share on the discussion page.
