Celebrate the turning of the seasons with our Fall Equinox gathering. This is a time when day and night are equal, inviting us to find harmony and balance within ourselves as we step into the next season. Join Anne Marie as she leads you in Breathwork, Guided Meditation and a Singing Bowl Sound Bath. Together, we will honor the harvest of our lives, let go of what no longer serves us and plant seeds of intention for the season ahead. Spots are limited. 48 Hour cancellation policy.
