Workshop: Wine Truffles

Join us for an indulgent workshop all about mixing wine and chocolate to make delicious truffles. Recipes will include winter fruit flavors and Merlot for those who want to learn how to add a kick to their chocolate. Come make and taste a few with Chef Jen!
Chef Jen is the owner and chef of Dinner Vacations, and an SCHS member. She is a graduate of the United States Personal Chef Institute (USPCI).
