About the event

Workshop: Hippocras and Spiced Wines

Join us as we make Hippocras — a flavored wine from medieval times. Together we’ll discover spices and techniques from the middle ages, and brew up a batch to take home. Chef Jen is the owner and chef of Dinner Vacations, and an SCHS member. She is a graduate of the United States Personal Chef Institute (USPCI).
