Somatic Dance Experience with Ashley and Rosa at Cannabicity

Join SAH (Somatic Activated Healing) Method™ certified creative healer Ashley Rutledge for an evening of ecstatic dance, fellowship and fun. Using breathwork, movements and affirmations we will create a trauma-informed healing experience where we will move emotional energy up and out of the body. We will invite our awareness to turn inward and dance with what makes itself known. This session will utilize the energy of the full moon on July 10th to support us as we expand our hearts and release anything our bodies are ready to let go of. Participants should expect moderate cardio activity with plenty of prompts to modify and rest. Iced herbal tea will be provided by Rosa of Rest.Ritual.Routine.

Experience begins at 5:00~ Somatic Dance is 5:30-6:30pm ~ refreshments till 7:00pm
